We consistently produce award-winning designs.
How We Work
HCM is the 2nd largest Senior Living design firm in the US. Our portfolio includes a broad spectrum of senior living communities—affordable and market rate, urban and suburban, utilizing contemporary, transitional, and traditional architectural styles, as appropriate. We are adept to successfully delivering projects nationwide having worked on master plans, designs, and construction administration in 30 states. From these projects, Hord Coplan Macht has won numerous local and national awards from various awarding organizations, including: National Association of Home Builders, Senior Housing News, Environments for Aging, the American Institute of Architects, and Multifamily Executive Awards.
